WE WANT TO GET TO THE BREWERY FROM OUR HOTEL/B&B BUT IT’S TOO FAR TO WALK. HOW DO WE GET THERE?
We have some great transportation in the area. Here are some options for transportation:
Interurban Bus Service – Hours vary on season and day. Call for specific hours.
$1.00 per person door to door bus servicing Saugatuck, Douglas and Saugatuck Township.

WE’RE COMING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN AND WE NEED A PLACE TO STAY? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND STAYING?
There are TONS of beautiful hotels, motels and B&Bs in the Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville area. A great place to start looking when you are in need of a place to stay is the Saugatuck/Douglas website. You can find a list of lodging here!
CAN YOU SHIP ME BEER?
We cannot legally ship beer. We would love for you to find our beer though! Please use our product locator (use it now) to find the closest spot you can find our beer.
DO YOUR MILK STOUTS CONTAIN DAIRY?
Our Neapolitan Milk Stout, Blueberry Maple Stout and Beam Me Up, Stouty contain lactose (Including the barrel aged versions of all these styles). If you are lactose-intolerant, we would highly recommend speaking to your doctor before drinking any of these beers.
WHICH ONES OF YOUR BEERS ARE GLUTEN-FREE?
We do not have an area of our building that is designated gluten-free and we use gluten-based products for the majority of our beers, therefore we cannot create a gluten-free beer and we do not have any plans on creating one.
I WANT TO BREW MY OWN NEAPOLITAN MILK STOUT/BLUEBERRY MAPLE STOUT/ANY SBC BEER AT HOME. WILL YOU GIVE ME DETAILS ON THE RECIPE?
We are sorry, but we will not give out the recipes for any of our beers.
I WOULD LOVE FOR SAUGATUCK TO SPONSOR MY EVENT, HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A SPONSORSHIP?

CAN I BRING MY DOG ON THE PATIO?
We love dogs! We allow dogs on our patio as long as they are well behaved, leashed, and you pick up after them.
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY BIRTHDAY?
We love that you are coming to SBC for your birthday! We offer a pint on us (Must be 21+ years of age with valid ID) for folks coming in on their birthdays. If you are a Pint Club Member and it’s your birthday, you get a choice of either a pint or a free dessert.
DO YOU OFFER TOURS OF YOUR PRODUCTION FACILITY?

We do have tours every Saturday at 2:00 pm. The tours are $7.50 a person and include a tasting and your choice of a pint glass or growler. Tours take approximately 1 hour. We want everyone to have a good experience and be able to hear the host, therefore we limit tours to the first 30 people to sign up. While we do not take reservations in advance for tours, you can come to the pub when it opens at 11:30 and sign up for the tour that day.
WHEN WILL YOU BE RELEASING BARREL AGED IMPERIAL NEAPOLITAN MILK STOUT AGAIN?
All good things come with time. As we do plan on releasing BAINMS again, it may not be for a quite a while yet. Due to construction in the beginning of 2017, we had to put a hold on starting the aging process, so it has been delayed. Have no fear though, it will come again someday.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR BEER?
We have a product locator (see it here) that easily helps you locate our beer in your area. You can filter through by zip code and which style you are looking for. We always recommend calling the store/bar/restaurant before driving there, because things change quickly and you don’t want to be heart broken if the product you are looking for has already sold out.
Reservations
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS/BOOK PRIVATE PARTIES IN THE BARREL ROOM?
We do book private parties in the Barrel Room. You can find more information on booking private parties in the Barrel Room here. Please note that certain dates will be unavailable for booking and there is a room rental fee that will vary on event.
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS DINING IN THE PUB?
We do not take reservations in the pub. All tables are given on a first come, first serve basis. We are often on a long wait. However, you may head back to the Barrel Room and grab a pint and a snack while you are waiting for your table to dine in the Pub, no one likes to wait empty handed.
